As you will see from the list of Services Offered - we offer many varied services. Our aim is to provide our clients with a whole package and we have tried to cover all your possible needs while staying in the UK and living in one of our homes.
Once you have moved into one of our homes - you will be provided with a 24 hour/7 days a week contact telephone number, this is for your convenience and any thing you should need. This is also an emergency number and is at your disposal.
A service charge is levied upon this service and is based on the request.
If we have not covered anything in our listings of Services Offered - all you need to do is contact us by using the 24 hour telephone number or calling the office number and we will do our utmost to achieve your requirement with immediate effect. No request is too small or too big - we endeavour to serve our clients.
During your stay in the UK or even before you arrive, you may wish to have some of your goods shipped in or out. We can arrange for International Couriers to help you with this daunting event.
When leaving the UK - you may find that you have items that need to be sent home rather than accompanying you on the flight. We can arrange for the International Movers to come to your property - pack up the items to ensure their security and safety and have them shipped back to you for when you arrive.
On the other hand you may want to send something home to your friends or family for a birthday or special occasion. We can arrange for our International Couriers to pack the items to a high standard and make sure the items are delivered to the forwarding address.
If you have rented one of our properties and it has a large English garden – this could be very time consuming and you may wish to employ a gardener. We can arrange this for you.
The gardener can call round on a weekly basis (mostly in the summer month) or on a more irregular basis (mostly during winter).
The total cost will always depend on the size of garden and amount of labour time taken.
A Guide line: Monthly management fee of £48.00 plus £10 an hour paid to the gardener, this is based on 20 hours per month

We can arrange for you to interview potentials once you have moved into your accommodation. We believe this interviewing should take place with you and one of our employees, as the au pair will be living in your home – it is essential that you have made the final decision.
What is an au pair?
An au pair is a girl (or a boy) aged between 17 and 27 who comes to England to improve her/his English. Unlike a qualified nanny, an au pair is not trained to look after children. For this reason we do not place au pairs in families where they will be responsible for looking after a baby on their own.
An au pair can be asked to work up to 25 hours per week. Her normal duties include looking after the children (e.g. taking them to school, preparing their tea, putting them to bed) plus some housework. She can also be asked to do up to 2 evenings of babysitting per week.
She must have her own room. She should be paid at least £45 per week plus receive full board.
She must be allowed to attend English classes at a local college, typically two hours twice a week.
Evening babysitters with professional childcare experienced sitters can be arranged for your children.
If you have an evening engagement and need to be assured that your children will be well cared for, while you are away from the home - we can arrange this facility. All sitters are thoroughly referenced and interviewed personally.
Prices are based on hourly rate between £5 - £6 per hour, a minimum booking of 4 hours (travel cost included)
There will be a booking fee of £25.00 which give you a full membership to this service for three months. Memberships renewed three monthly at £15.00.
