FEE INFORMATION

WHEN MAKING AN APPLICTION TO RENT ACCOMMODATION

  1. ADMINISTRATION FEE £220.00 (inc VAT) per property
  2. REFERENCE FEE - P.O.A. (Depending on the tenancy.)
  3. HOLDING DEPOSIT £200.00 per property

The holding deposit will be deducted from the Dilapidation Deposit.

BEFORE WE CAN CONFIRM A CHECK-IN TIME

  1. DILAPIDATION DEPOSIT.

    This is usually one and a half months rental value, the Holding deposit that you have already paid will be deducted from this amount.

  2. FIRST MONTH RENTAL / FIRST APPORTIONED RENTAL

    This is based on if you check-in before the 15th of a month, you will need to pay to the end of that month. If you check-in after the 15th of a month, you will need to pay to the end of the next month.

SATISFACTORY REFERENCES MAY NOT NECESSARILY GUARANTEE THE APPLICANT THE TENANCY

  4. PAY THE FIRST/APPORTIONED RENT
  5. WE CAN NOW CONFIRM A CHECK-IN TIME
